This development is a 12-storey mixed-use residential-commercial building at the southwest corner of Sheppard Ave East and Argon Ave. The proposed building includes 201 residential units and 8,417 sqft ground floor commercial space. The proposed ground floor retail area aids in activating the public realm at grade and provides for walkable commercial amenity to serve the needs of future residents and members of the surrounding community.

The area is undergoing a transitional phase where development activity and transit improvements have resulted in heightened growth projects and changes in demographics. The proposed development will provide additional density and ownership opportunities for current and future residents of the neighborhood. The proposed mixed use building will offer a contemporary building typology compared to the current stock of buildings in the neighborhood which are typically over twenty years of age.
